BSL Pigeon Auction – Lot 8 Withdrawal Notice
Few years ago Arthur Wang purchased TAS-19-1701 BBH for more than $3,400 through Peter Phillips’ online auction on Melbourne Pigeon Auction. The bird was bred by Pioneer Loft (Guff Weiss). At the time, Arthur was unaware that the pedigree information supplied with the bird was incorrect.
We cannot determine whether this was an inadvertent mistake or how it occurred. Sadly, Peter Phillips and Guff Weiss have both passed away, so we are unable to clarify the original records with them.
Arthur has therefore decided to withdraw Lot 8 from the auction. We sincerely apologise to everyone who placed a bid or showed interest in this bird, especially those who relied on the pedigree information when bidding.
We also encourage anyone who purchased birds from Pioneer Loft to check the pedigree information they received against any original records available to them.
